I had a very pleasant experience with Courtesy Buick GMC. Isaiah Miller went above and beyond to assist me finding the perfect vehicle. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and explained all of the options available. The entire staff was great and everyone had smiles the whole time.
I went to get the rear end replaced and the A/C wasn’t working on one side of my car. I also asked for all weather mats to be put in the trunk. I was told my car was fixed and the A/C was working and as I checked it, my air was still blowing hot air out. It had obviously never been fixed. A mechanic even said that. The weather mats weren’t picked up either after saying it numerous times. After 2 months of waiting for my car to be fixed and 12 days later in a rental, my car was repaired. I was told I had to purchase the rental and my car was not working properly when I purchased it. I refused to. I’m a single mother of 5 and can not afford a rental and I’m paying a large note on a car that’s not working properly or I wasn’t driving for 12 days. I wouldn’t recommend Courtesy.
My first time dealership experience of purchasing a vehicle was nothing short of amazing! I was given many options and very detailed input on my selection. You could tell that they were knowledgeable and that’s what I was hoping for.
